negative thougts can´t be avoided
From time to time, we are all influenced by negative thoughts—no one is spared. We cannot simply banish this negativity within us. It is our task to confront it and work through it. Depressive moods drain our energy and prevent us from finding peace. Pessimistic people are generally more prone to harmful behaviors, such as overeating, substance abuse, or smoking. Negativity arises from negative thinking, and doubtful people tend to attract negative energy. Therefore, protect yourself from harmful, unhealthy thoughts—they settle inside us like harmful viruses on a computer. Through self-destructive habits, such as drug abuse, these "viruses" spread and damage both our mind and body.
Every person struggling with addiction can overcome their burden—if they are willing and determined to do so. Let go of your fears and take a look within yourself. True healing comes only from the inside. It is our mind that heals our inner life and our consciousness.

A psychologist may encourage a patient with kind and supportive words, and conversations may provide ideal conditions for psychological healing—but in the end, it is always up to the individual to achieve lasting inner healing.
