Information Letter pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 – 'Personal Data Protection Code

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code"), we hereby inform you that we process personal data of customers and suppliers, as well as data of individuals who voluntarily provide their personal information to our company (personally, by telephone, fax, or e-mail), including those who register on our website. We also process data obtained from third parties, such as those collected from external databases for business information, public registers, etc. In such cases, only common (non-sensitive) personal data is collected and processed. Our company guarantees, within the framework of legal regulations, that the processing of personal data is carried out with full respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subjects—particularly regarding confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data.


Purposes and Objectives of Data Processing:

The data subject has the right to update, correct, and supplement their data, as well as to request that data be deleted, blocked, or anonymized if the processing violates legal provisions. They have the right to object, wholly or partially, to the processing of their data for justified reasons, and without justification, if the data is used for commercial information, sending advertising material, direct sales, market research, or opinion polls.
